Johnny Lama Yoga is a coaching and training company that brings the physical and mental techniques and practices of yoga to the student-athlete experience to complement your other personal fitness and team training programs.
What We Do
The Johnny Lama approach centers around the concept of connecting breath and corework with movement and self-awareness with the goal of becoming a more self-actualized student-athlete on and off the field.
We utilize both traditional Western Hatha Yoga training and techniques on mats as well as practice-aligned preparatory work on field turf to develop an approach for both the individual and the team.

Yoga can help soothe tight muscles, improve agility and flexibility, enhance performance, and foster inner focus. Plus, cross-training with yoga may prevent injury and promote quicker recovery for hard-working athletes.
